Congratulations on your engagement!

We welcome your interest in celebrating the Sacrament of Matrimony at St. Francis of Assisi. 

You do not need to be a member of St. Francis to be married at our church.

We can schedule up to 2 weddings on Saturdays at 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. with rehearsals at 4:30 or 6:30 p.m. on the Friday immediately preceding. We may be able to accommodate ceremonies on other days, based on resource availability.

Marriage preparations begin once the Church Service Fee
of $1,000.00 is received. Please contact our wedding coordinator Melissa Hornik at sfacolumbusweddings@gmail.com or 614-325-5945 a minimum of 6 months prior to your anticipated wedding date. Melissa will help guide you through the necessary steps to fulfill your marriage preparation requirements.

Our church can accommodate a maximum of 225 guests.  
 A wedding hostess from St. Francis will attend and guide you through your wedding rehearsal and the day of your wedding.

If you should cancel your wedding 6 months or less prior to the scheduled date, the $1000.00 fee is not refunded.  If you need to reschedule your wedding date/time, the fee you paid will still apply.

 In addition to the Church Service Fee of $1000.00, the service fees listed below apply for all weddings celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi. We can also live stream your wedding for an additional fee of $50.00. Contact the office to arrange for live streaming.

Priest stipend:  $250.00 ($500.00 for Sunday weddings)
Organist fee:  $200.00 ($400.00 for Sunday weddings)
Cantor fee:  $100.00 ($200.00 for Sunday weddings)
